Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager in managing local and overseas projects as well as other administrative matters
- Responsible for preparing costing and/or quotations
- Attend in sales enquiries and prepare sales proposals
- Generate sales orders and tax invoices
- Manage customers’ orders via Navision ERP system
- Perform 3D drawings and rendering for proposals and tender submissions
- Manage colour scheme confirmation, take off quantity of tender layouts, placing order & preparing proposal slides for mock-ups and/or projects
- Responsible for overseeing and handling the arrangement of delivery and setting up of mock up at site
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience & familiar with AutoCAD
- Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hard working, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
