  • Costing & Purchasing Executive

    The Costing & Purchasing Executive supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures. The incumbent also supports the overall contractor selection process by analysing proposals and draft contracts based on established supplier selection processes and criteria.

    Planning

    • Deliver budgeted sales and margin targets at category level
    • Determine merchandise gaps within each category and source products to fulfil category requirement
    • Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate payment processes to suppliers
    • Manage suppliers to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met

    Inventory

    • Monitor stock level and keep healthy inventory
    • Clearance and management of ageing and discontinued stock
    • Management of slow moving product and excess inventory lines
    • Constant analysis of stock situations to ensure immediate rectification of overstock and understock situations
    • Analyse draft proposal and/or procurement specifications to ensure alignment with procurement requirements

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Business Management, or any related field
    • Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders
    • Able to work in a fast pace environment
    • Self-motivated and able to show responsibility in managing the team
    • Strong analytical mind and ability to plan for maximizing efficiency

  • Executive Assistant

    Core Duties & Responsibilities


    Administrative

    • Assist on follow-up projects and ensure team members are well-prepared for meetings
    • Take effective minutes and organise thoughts in a clear and concise manners
    • Organise agenda and attendance for meetings and prepare minutes for follow-up actions
    • Work closely with stakeholders and other business units on their operational requirements
    • Suggest ways to improve efficiency and existing processes

    Sales & Marketing

    • Carry out background research and presenting findings
    • Prepare reports, documents and presentations for meetings
    • Monitor / Follow up on work-in-progress, projects etc
    • Assist on online enquires and quotations
    • Any other special projects assigned

    Skills, Experience Competencies Required

    • Degree in Marketing or Business Management
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience
    • Good communication with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Possess quick-thinking in a fast-paced environment & be resourceful
    • Be meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelines and with minimal supervision

    Core Duties & Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager in managing local and overseas projects as well as other administrative matters
    • Responsible for preparing costing and/or quotations
    • Attend in sales enquiries and prepare sales proposals
    • Generate sales orders and tax invoices
    • Manage customers’ orders via Navision ERP system
    • Perform 3D drawings and rendering for proposals and tender submissions
    • Manage colour scheme confirmation, take off quantity of tender layouts, placing order & preparing proposal slides for mock-ups and/or projects
    • Responsible for overseeing and handling the arrangement of delivery and setting up of mock up at site

    Skills, Experience Competencies Required

    • Minimum Diploma in any field
    • Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience & familiar with AutoCAD
    • Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Hard working, well-organized, detail-oriented
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
