- No warranty card issued. Order number will be used as verification for product warranty.
- 1 year warranty is applicable against any manufacturer’s’ defect from the date you receive the Product.
Components with warranty
- Task Chairs
- Defects in mechanism and hydraulic gas lifts
- Height Adjustable Desks
- Defects in the functionality of the electronic parts such as the motor, lifting mechanism (circuit board), LED screen & the adjustment buttons
- Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the online store or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used.
- Improper assembly or use or site or environmental conditions
- Wear and tear, abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or other causes beyond our control.
How to make claim
- Submit warranty service claims within 14 days of noticing the defect. Email us at fulfilment@vanguard.com.sg with your order number, clear picture/video of the alleged defect.
- To the extent permitted under the laws, Vanguard Interiors reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims if it has reason to believe that the claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.
- Vanguard Interiors’ warranty service enables you to service your own Product. For defects in faulty parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge, and provide you with the necessary installation instructions.
- We will not be responsible for third party labour costs. Replacement items will be warranted until the end of the warranty period for the originals which they replaced or 30 days from the day you receive the replacement items, whichever is later.
- We may need you to ship back faulty parts to us. If so, we will arrange to pick up the defective parts from you at our own cost.
- hould you require us to repair or replace an item that is out of warranty, you will pay for all the costs of repair and replacement. Examples of these costs include handling, transport, packaging and shipment charges and customs duty.
